No, we do not operate as a facility.
We provide personalized care wherever our clients feel most at home. This could be in:
An assisted living community
A nursing facility
The home they’ve cherished for years
A new residence shared with loved ones
As a caregiver, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Personal Care Assistance: Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
Companionship: Engaging clients in meaningful conversation and activities
Mobility Support: Assisting with transfers, walking, and mobility aids
Medication Management: Administering medications as prescribed and monitoring for side effects
Meal Preparation: Cooking and assisting with dietary needs
Light Housekeeping: Laundry, dishes, and general tidying
Transportation: Escorting clients to appointments or running errands
Health Monitoring: Observing and reporting changes in health or behavior
Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of the care provided
We provide care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We offer various shift options, including:
Morning shifts
Evening shifts
Overnight shifts
Shift durations start at 6 hours and can extend to 8 or even 12 hours depending on the caregiver’s availability and client needs.
No, we are a non-medical service, so CNA certification is not required. We are looking for caregivers with 1+ year of experience in the field, regardless of formal certification.
The hiring process typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the background and qualifications of the applicant.

E-Verify is a U.S. government system that confirms each employee’s legal right to work in the United States by electronically verifying information from their Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification).
What This Means for Applicants
- Every new hire will be required to complete Form I-9 and provide documentation proving identity and employment authorization.
- We will submit this information to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Social Security Administration (SSA) via E-Verify.
- If the information cannot be confirmed, the employee will be notified and given instructions to resolve the issue.
