Schedule: 6–12 hour shifts available
Overview: CNAs deliver professional, hands-on support under the supervision of a care coordinator or nurse. This position requires an active CNA certification and a commitment to quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care, mobility, and hygiene needs
- Record vital signs and report health changes
- Provide support for rehabilitation and recovery routines
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed
- Offer emotional support and companionship
Requirements:
- Must be CNA certified in the state of Illinois
- 1+ year of experience in home care or facility setting preferred
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong communication and documentation skills
