Our caregivers offer a wide range of in-home support services, including:
Personal Care Assistance: Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
Companionship: Engaging clients in meaningful conversation and activities
Mobility Support: Assistance with walking, transfers, and the use of mobility aids
Medication Management: Administering medications as directed and monitoring for side effects
Meal Preparation: Cooking and assisting with dietary needs
Light Housekeeping: Laundry, dishwashing, and general tidying
Transportation & Errands: Escorting clients to appointments or errands
Health Monitoring: Observing and reporting changes in health or behavior
Caregivers typically work 30–40 hours per week, often in 8–12 hour shifts. Schedules can be tailored to meet your needs.
Yes. We are open 24/7, including weekends, and can schedule caregivers accordingly.
Yes. We provide services on all major holidays.
We observe the following Company Holidays:
New Year’s Eve
New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
Easter
Independence Day / Fourth of July
Juneteenth
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Eve & Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
Note: On these holidays, billing is at double the normal rate.
Billing Cycle: Every 14 days
Cycle Start: Saturday at 12:01 a.m.
Cycle End: Two Fridays later at 11:59 p.m.
Yes, male caregivers are available. If you have a preference for a male caregiver for personal comfort, cultural reasons, or specific care needs, we will do our best to accommodate that request. Let us know your preferences and scheduling needs so we can match you with the right caregiver.
Absolutely. We offer a complimentary home consultation with our Client Coordinator, Johnathan Newman. He will conduct a personalized assessment in your home to help determine the ideal care schedule based on your loved one’s needs.
Yes, you’re encouraged to meet your caregiver(s) before services start. We understand the importance of comfort and trust in in-home care. We’ll gladly arrange an introduction so you can get acquainted, ask questions, and ensure a good fit.
